Before you write, these might already answer it
- Sizing and fit — every hat has an adjustable back closure and fits 21–24 in / 53–61 cm. The crown is structured, so it sits over braids, locs and protective styles instead of flattening them.
- Shipping — standard is $8, express is $15, and orders of two or more hats ship free within the US.
- Returns — email us within 7 days of delivery. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.
- Care — spot clean with cool water and mild soap, air dry on a shaped surface. Never machine wash or put a hat in the dryer.

What to include
If it's about an existing order, send us your order number (it starts with #) and a photo if something arrived wrong. It saves a round trip and gets you an answer the same day.
